Clinic Policies

Pet’s Properly Supervised

All pet’s safety must be managed by their owners. Dogs on a short lead/leash and cats in carriers. Veterinary visits can be stressful for some pets, properly managing your pet will help ease other patients stress levels during their visit.

Punctuality to your Appointment

As a courtesy to our patients, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are late. We ask all appointments to arrive 5 minutes early to check in. For new patient appointments, we require you to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and fill out forms. We understand that situations can vary and change, therefore we allow up to 10 minutes of late time as long as you call ahead of time. When you run late, then the rest of the patients scheduled after you will be waiting longer to be seen. Please be considerate and courteous to the others.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We require a 2 hour minimum cancellation call for doctor appointments and a 24 hour cancellation call for surgery appointments. This allows some time for those sick patients on the cancellation list to be able to take that appointment slot.

Second missed appointment (no call-no show) you will be charged a Missed Appointment/No Show Fee of $50.00 for medical appointments and $75.00 for surgery appointments. We get many calls a day requesting their sick pets to be seen, therefore a no call-no show and short notice cancellations makes these sick pets wait to be seen days later. Therefore as a courtesy to others, please call 2-24 hours prior, to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Payment

Full payment is expected as services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit. We do not offer payment plans. Up on request we can give you a rough estimate on what your visit might total. Please keep it mine, this a rough estimate and there might be a 15% more or less of the estimated cost.
