Clinic Policies
🐾Pet Safety and Management Protocol🐾
To ensure a safe environment for all patients and visitors, we require the following:
- Proper Restraint: All pets must remain under direct owner supervision while on our premises. Dogs must be kept on a short leash, and cats must be secured in appropriate carriers.
- Stress Reduction: Veterinary visits can be anxiety-inducing for many animals. Maintaining proper control of your pet helps minimize stress for all patients in our facility.
- Owner Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for monitoring and managing their animal’s behavior throughout the visit.
Your cooperation with these guidelines contributes significantly to creating a calm, safe environment for all patients under our care.
🐾Appointment Punctuality Policy🐾
We value your time and are committed to maintaining a punctual schedule for all patients. To ensure efficient service:
- Standard Appointments: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete check-in procedures.
- New Patient Appointments: We request that new patients arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for registration and completion of necessary forms.
- Late Arrivals: While we understand that unexpected circumstances may occur, appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive late without prior notification. Should you anticipate a delay, please contact our office promptly—we can accommodate “check in” to 10 minutes after the scheduled time with advance notice.
Maintaining our schedule is essential to providing quality care to all patients. Your punctuality helps us ensure that everyone receives timely attention without unnecessary delays.
🐾Cancellations and Missed Appointments Policy🐾
Required Notice for Cancellations
- Regular & Medical Appointments: 2 hours minimum notice
- Surgical Appointments: 24 hours minimum notice
This advance notice allows us to accommodate other patients requiring urgent care.
Prepayment Policy
If you miss an appointment or provide late cancellation notice, we will require prepayment to secure your next appointment:
- Medical & Routine Appointments: $90 prepayment
- Surgical Appointments: $100 prepayment
This prepayment will be applied to your pet’s upcoming examination fee.
Important Notes
- If a second appointment is missed, your prepayment will be retained by the clinic
- Any subsequent appointments will require a new prepayment
- Prepayments are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations
Each day, we receive numerous requests from clients whose pets need immediate medical attention. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it delays care for these patients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our scheduling policies.
