Client Care Representatives
Our CCRs are essential to our practice. They can help to schedule your pet's visit whether it be for an emergency, a sick pet exam or for a preventative care/wellness visit. Please call and speak with one of our friendly receptionists if you have any questions regarding your pet's healthcare needs.
Lori has been serving you at Alta View since April of 1998. She has been an asset to our team as with all of her experience she knows many of our patients well. She enjoys meeting all the new patients and their families, so you'll see her spoiling them with love and treats. Her goal is to make sure all our clients have a positive experience here at Alta View. Although she and her family have no pets of their own, she has bonded with our clinic pet 'Capone' and likes to spoil him. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys watching movies, doing puzzles, and vacationing.
Irene joined our receptionist staff in February 2010 and since has gained a great deal of knowledge of the veterinary world and especially enjoys meeting new patients. She always makes herself available to help assist in any way possible. She also speaks fluent Spanish, which is a great help for our Spanish speaking clients that need assistance. Irene and her husband owns a border collie named 'Shaggy', and she loves to spoil him. She also loves cuddling with her two sassy cats, named after her favorite movie 'Pride and Prejudice', 'Mr. Bingley' and 'Mr. Darcy'. When not at the clinic, Irene enjoys watching all types of movies, playing board/cards games, and spending time with her husband, dog and cats, and family.
Cameron has been a part of our team since early 2006 and has worked in almost all aspects of our practice. He is a team leader and assists in several areas of our clinic. He's in charge of making sure everything is flowing smoothly around the clinic and keeping up with the clinic needs. You may see him at the front desk assisting you with your needs, helping in the exam room, or fixing computers and equipments around the clinic. Outside of work Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife and dog 'Shaggy'.
Selah joined our receptionist team in October of 2013. She has enjoyed learning about veterinary medicine, loves meeting new puppies and kittens, and helping you get the best care that you need for your loved ones. She's happy to help assist you with scheduling your pet for a veterinary visit or other questions you may have. Outside of work she loves being active by hiking and camping, and she's also a very talented drawer. Selahs favorite thing to do is going on adventures with her Australian Cattle dog 'Finnley'.
Christina joined our team at Alta View in May of 2014. Christina enjoys the variety of experiences that come with working in a veterinary practice. She enjoys meeting all the new additions to every families as she can't have pets of her own. She always ready to help our patients and their owners with their needs. She loves the friendly work environment here at Alta View. Tho she doesn't have any pets of her own, she bonded with our clinic cat 'Hunny Bunny' and calls her 'her work-cat'. Outside of work she likes to catch up on shows with her long-term boyfriend, play pretend with her young daughter, listen to music, read, and write short stories.
At Alta View Veterinary Clinic we hire support staff that treats your pets as they would their own. The support of our assistants and technicians is invaluable to our doctors. Among their numerous tasks, they help restrain pets for procedures, run laboratory tests, set up for surgeries, monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures and help with on-going patient care for boarded and hospitalized pets. We are confident that you will feel the passion that our staff has for patient care.
Olivia has been a part of our team since December of 2012. She's the team leader of the back support staff and has gained a great deal of knowledge of the veterinary world. She enjoys the challenges of learning new procedures and techniques with veterinary medicine. She also enjoys helping our patients get the best care that they need. Her passion in helping our patients grows every day. Outside of work she loves to play with her cat Theo and teach him new tricks. She also likes trying new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with her family. Olivia has a special place in her heart for cats and loves her kitty 'Theo'.
Maribel became part of our team on April of 2018. Shortly after graduating from Milwaukee Career College and earned her certificate as a Veterinary Assistant. She is currently continuing her education to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. Her interest in her field include animal wellness, and assisting in surgery. With her bilingual skills, she's able to help our Spanish-speaking clients. She not only has love for our patients, but for her beloved black cat 'Panther'. Outside of working with our patients, she loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and cuddle with 'Panther'.
Stephanie has been part of our assistant team since May of 2016. She loves working with animals. She's finds it hard to ever be in a bad mood in this field, especially working with puppies and kittens all day. You'll see her always ready to assist you and your pets needs. Her goal is to become a CVT in the near future. Outside of work her favorite things to do is to work on her fitness, and take her husky/lab mix dog 'Carter' to the dog park. She's also a proud owner of a fluffy cat 'Smudgie', and a rabbit named 'Romeo'.
Shawn joined our assistant team in April of 2013. She took some time off to deal with some family business, but came back in February 2017 due for her love in veterinary medicine and animals. She enjoys the friendly work environment here at Alta View, as well as meeting and helping all our patients with their very specific needs. She hopes to pursue her CVT in the near future, to better help our patients. Her love for animals is not only in the clinic alone, she's also a proud owner of 'Thor' a German Shepherd, and 'Storm' German Shepherd/Great Dane mix. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and their pups.
Samantha joined our assistant team July of 2017. In the short amount of time she's been here, she learned a great deal of knowledge of the veterinary world. She always loved animals, so she's very happy she can finally work with them. She also enjoys the respectful and friendly environment here at Alta View. She hopes to continue to learn and gain experience here at Alta View, that way she can help as many animals as she can. When not at work, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and family, playing with her dog 'Twiggy', and baking desserts.
Kim joined our assistant team in July of 2016. She enjoys all the experiences that comes with the veterinary wold, and learning everything in this field. She hopes with the experience she gains, she'll be able to better serve you. She loves providing care and comfort to all our patients, so you'll see her spoiling all our patients. Outside of work she enjoys outdoor activities, like fishing and hiking, especially with her dogs. She currently is a proud owner of a cattle dog 'Oden', a border collie 'Sputnik' and a box turtle named 'Burt'.
